Home lemon ice cream with mint leaves

Hot days continue, but there is a way to cool off. If we forget for a moment about summer cocktails as we love them, we can take a closer look at everyone's favorite ice cream. Although we can just go down to the store and fill your cart with a variety of ice cream, we can spretnem themselves such in a very simple way. I will not engage in the use of compulsory recipe ice cream maker, but will confine ourselves to the camera, which is part of every household.

Here are the needed items:
4 egg yolks
2 lemons
100g. sugar
500 grams. cream
Optional:
Mint leaves

Method of preparation:

Once we carefully washed lemons, zest them and squeezing the juice from them. Put the egg yolks, sugar, butter, lemon juice and grated lemon rind in a suitable container and boil on low heat. Get out of the fire, when the mixture is posgasti, but do not forget to gently stirring all the time.

Let the mixture is cooled and then add to previously beaten cream.

Pour the mixture in a suitable box and put in a camera / freezer. In order to get the things you need at least twice to pull future and break the ice with a mixer, then back again to the box back.
